Yours Limousine will arrive at the appointed time unless we are unable to do so due to circumstances beyond our control.
We are unable to carry more persons than our insurance permits.
Any breakage or damage caused to the Limousine by Hirer or Member Of Hirer's Party during the period of hire will be charged to the Hirer.
Any person VOMITTING within the interior of the Limousine will be Charged £100 for damaging the interior.
At the discretion of the Chauffeur, we reserve the rights to halt the Limousine and ask any person or persons to leave the Limousine If they mistreat Limousine in any way.
Smoking is not permitted within the Limousine.
The use of ILLEGAL Drugs is not permitted within the Limousine.
In the event of any unforeseen accident or breakdown prior to the period of hire, MAYFAIR LIMOUSINES reserves the right to cancel the booking. Full refund of the deposit will be credited to the hirer.
In the event of accident or breakdown during period of hire, MAYFAIR LIMOUSINES will obtain car/cars from the nearest suitable location to complete the contract of hire.
Every effort will be made to arrive at the Hirer's chosen destination on time but MAYFAIR LIMOUSINES cannot be held responsible for traffic jams, road works or bad weather on route.
Your booking is only secured once MAYFAIR LIMOUSINES has received your deposit WITHIN SEVEN DAYS from date of POST MARK. Receipt will be issued to confirm booking.
In the event of cancellation by the Hirer after the payment of the deposit, the deposit is then NON-REFUNDABLE.
MAYFAIR LIMOUSINES will not be held responsible for any ITEMS left in the LIMOUSINE during or after the rental by the Hirer or Member of the Hirer's Party.
